This site is an 8-unit high-end residential condominium building with underground parking. The building is situated on a typical small single-family lot near Downtown Wayzata and required extensive retaining walls to minimize impacts to adjacent properties. To meet required impervious area requirements, a green roof was designed and installed for additional stormwater treatment and a tool for the City to educate the public. The client was Ron Clark Construction.
