EVS provided topographic surveying and civil engineering services for three utility scale solar projects ranging from 60 to 100 MW in three counties in Georgia. Our scope of work included detailed design of access roads, internal roadways, fence layouts, grading and drainage plans, and substantial permit documentation.

During the preliminary phase of the project, the owner discovered that topographic information was not available as had been previously assumed. EVS mobilized two survey crews to the project site to begin a survey of each site. Survey data was sent back at the end of each day and a final topo drawing was completed in time to maintain the design schedule.
