TH 101 Preliminary Design
Mn/DOT selected EVS to provide preliminary design that would improve safety, provide congestion relief, and add capacity on TH 101 from the Crow River to the Mississippi River. The project involved all preliminary design work to provide environmental documents, design memoranda, final (staff approved) geometric layouts, construction limits, and a construction limits map for production of the right-of-way (ROW) "footprint."EVS provided an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW), final approved layouts, and facilitated municipal consent to allow detail design to begin.
