Target Store Remodel
EVS was selected by Thor Construction for the Lake Street Target Remodel. Scope included staking of curb and gutter, bollards, new footing pads, verifying existing grades prior to setting new curb/gutter elevations, setting benchmarks. After construction, an as-built survey of the new building exterior and new pavement areas was performed.
