Construction staking is the implementation of a contractor's plans into the physical representation on a project site. Our surveyors will locate and set markers, which the contractor will use to cut and fill earth, build structures, or verify construction accuracy.Contractors need a surveyor to perform their staking in a timely and cost effective manner. EVS utilizes the latest Trimble RTK GPS and robotic total stations with data collectors connected wirelessly to our servers. Our office staff can quickly provide or check survey data which equals fewer problems and a quicker turnaround for our clients and their projects.
EVS' construction staking experience is vast and included some of the state's most notable projects such as the TCF Bank Gopher's Football Stadium and the reconstruction of the 35W Bridge. Other projects include streets, roads, utilities, residential and commercial building and developments.
