Normandale Community College Expansion
EVS performed a topographic survey and prepared the civil/site design for a classroom building expansion. The project included design of a 500-space parking lot and the reconstruction of an 1100 space parking lot, design of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, subdrainage, and retaining wall. EVS was responsible for construction specifications, cost estimates, and construction inspection reviews.
