Heritage Park Redevelopment
The Heritage Park redevelopment transformed a 145-acre vacant site that formerly contained public housing developments into a stable, affordable and sustainable urban neighborhood. The project consisted of 440 rental units, 340 for sale and 100 public housing units for the elderly. Housing types include single-family homes, duplexes, garden apartments, townhouses and carriage houses.EVS performed civil/site design, environmental studies, and land surveying services for multiple stages of the development. EVS coordinated with the developer, architect, City of Minneapolis, and State Agencies in addition to MPHA in order to meet the tight timeline.
