EVS provided site/civil, environmental, and land surveying services for a 130 acre parcel of undeveloped property in Lake Elmo, MN for United Properties.Services Performed:
- Design of streets, storm sewer, sanitary sewer and water.
- Assisted developer with platting and other development issues.
- Analyzed the impacts of development-generated traffic.
- Developed a series of on-site detention ponds.
- Conducted topographical survey and construction staking.
Provided input to public hearings and project presentations before Southwest Washington County Watershed District, City Council and Planning Commission of Lake Elmo.
