Eagan Retail Development Conceptual Design
EVS conducted a conceptual study and design for Ryan Companies. The study was performed to assist in the redevelopment of 37 acres in Eagan for two large retail big-box stores with several outlots. The conceptual study included investigating site layout possibilities, assessing traffic and roadway access, and preliminary contact with the City of Eagan, MnDOT, and regulatory agencies to determine the submittals, permits, and fee likely to be required to implement the project. Preliminary site drainage, storm water management, utility design, and earthwork/grading was also completed.
