EA for U.S. Army Reserve Centers
EVS prepared Environmental Assessments (EAs) to address the environmental and socioeconomic impacts of a land acquisition, and subsequent construction and operation of Army Reserve Centers. The environmental resources investigated included surface and ground water, wetlands, threatened and endangered species. The social impacts included noise, air quality, hazardous materials, traffic and environmental justice issues.
