Environmental Services for Industrial Development
Phase I and II ESAEVS was selected to perform a full environmental investigation for a 125 acre property as part of the due-diligence process to develop an industrial/office area. The Phase I ESA results suggested possible contamination and a Phase II ESA was initiated. Geoprobes for soil and groundwater samples were taken and analyzed. In addition, due to the age of the existing structures, a lead and asbestos investigation was performed. Wetlands on the site were delineated and surveyed.
