Phase I ESA for Heritage Park Redevelopment
EVS performed numerous Phase I ESAs for multiple sites in the Heritage Park development. Sites included the senior housing complex and nearby townhome community. EVS performed these services for the developer, along with seperate lending institutions. The real estate transaction required EVS to complete and submit the Phase I ESA within 8 business days.
